Hockey Birthday Cupcakes

Well looky here! Fondant hockey jerseys on cupcakes. What were we thinking? NHL hockey logos? Thank goodness edible ink exists - we are ever so grateful for AmeriColor and FoodWriter pens! Sometimes, you just can't custom cut fondant into ity-bity pieces.

Sometimes you have to mix and match fondant the edible ink. Like for the Calgary Flames.

Or use the pens for the design entirely, like the Detroit Red Wings jersey.
