Molly's Cupcakes

This is going to be a very short post, since we've blogged about Molly's Cupcakes before. Yet, we found ourselves returning after dinner at the Spotted Pig. It was a quick stroll down Bleecker Street for dessert!

Happy to find them open late, we ordered the crème brûlée cupcake and played a couple of games of Connect Four to the delight of those waiting in line.

I'm telling you, this crème brûlée cupcake is genius. Filled with cream in the center with torched sugar on top, this cupcake was down right delicious. It's so clever and great for those who don't like frosting. I can't wait to try making one at home!
